🎯 Key Responsibilities

As our Communications Officer, you will helm our digital presence and public communications. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow official company accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Content Creation & Campaigns: Plan digital marketing campaigns and produce engaging content tailored to our audience.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, track community engagement, and measure audience growth.
• Collaborative Design: Partner with internal designers to produce visually compelling images and marketing videos.
• PR & Media Relations: Write press releases and coordinate communications with media outlets.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, connect with, and manage brand influencers and strategic partnerships.
• Performance Tracking: Track social media metrics and prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports.

📋 What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a tech-savvy communications professional with a solid background in digital media and public relations:

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience in social media management or digital communications.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with current social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Technical Skills: Basic photography and videography skills, alongside strong content creation and writing capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Bonus Advantage: Prior experience working in public relations (PR) is a distinct advantage.
