What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Follow-Up Representative, your main goal is to maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients. Your core responsibilities include:

• Making Calls: Reach out to existing customers directly using your personal mobile phone.
• Conducting Surveys: Politely ask customers structured follow-up questions to gather feedback and check on their experience.
• Professional Communication: Communicate effectively and speak clear, polite English during every interaction.
• Data Entry: Accurately record customer responses and feedback after each call.
• Daily Reporting: Compile and send a brief summary report at the end of each working day detailing the calls made and key outcomes.
