• Strategic Execution: Translating overarching Group strategy into actionable operational plans, robust KPIs, and annual business plans.
• Operational Oversight: Managing lending operations, collections, branch networks, customer service, IT, and shared services.
• Digital & Process Innovation: Leading digital transformation initiatives, process re-engineering, and automation to future-proof the business.
• Customer Experience: Driving a Group-wide customer experience strategy that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to CBN, AML/CFT, NDPC/NDPR, and NDIC regulatory requirements.
• Financial Stewardship: Managing OPEX budgets and maintaining rigorous cost discipline.
• Talent & Culture: Building a high-performance culture and establishing a strong succession pipeline for critical leadership roles.

📋 What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned leader who combines deep financial sector expertise with executive presence:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (an MBA or MSc is strongly preferred).
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CIBN, PMP, or Six Sigma are a distinct advantage.
• Experience: Proven track record working with core banking systems and managing complex, multi-branch, multi-product operations.
• The Profile: An operational heavyweight who is comfortable leading senior teams, possesses a deep grasp of regulatory frameworks (CBN prudential guidelines, NDIC regulations, and data protection laws), and thinks strategically.
