🎯 Key Responsibilities

As our Kitchen Assistant, you will keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Food Preparation: Wash, cut, and prep ingredients accurately for chefs.
• Kitchen Support: Assist chefs seamlessly during food preparation and service hours.
• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain top-tier hygiene standards.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate food deliveries smoothly and professionally with dispatch riders.
• Inventory Management: Manage food stock, proper storage methods, and active waste reduction.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

📋 What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual who thrives in a busy kitchen setting:

• Education: Minimum of an SSCE certificate.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen or food preparation environment.
• Core Knowledge: Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Physical & Soft Skills: Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, coupled with strong teamwork, time-management, and communication skills.
