About One Acre Fund

One Acre Fund was founded in 2006 and supports 5.5 million smallholder farmers across nine African countries. The organisation provides farm supplies, tree seedlings, credit, agronomic training, and other services. On average, these services boost farmer income and assets by more than 35%.

One Acre Fund has been operating in Nigeria since 2018. It now serves over 300,000 farmers across Niger State, including Minna, Mokwa, and Iseyin. This is a large and growing operation that requires strong logistics and supply chain support.

About the Role

One Acre Fund is seeking a supply chain professional with 2–5 years of experience to fill the role of Warehouse Coordinator. You will coordinate warehouse and inventory operations, supervise teams, and optimise space for efficient, scalable programme delivery.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of the organisation's ability to serve farmers. Without well-run warehouses, farm supplies cannot reach the people who need them on time.

  • Supervise warehouse teams. You will lead and support staff, assign tasks, and ensure that work is done safely and efficiently.
  • Optimise warehouse space. Efficient use of space is essential for scalability. You will organise layouts and storage systems to maximise capacity.
  • Support programme delivery. Your work ensures that farm supplies reach farmers on time and in good condition.
  • Maintain accurate records. Inventory data must be reliable so that the organisation can plan and budget effectively.
  • Ensure safety and compliance. Warehouse operations must follow health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
  • Strong organisational and team supervision skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
