Job Description

The company is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily restaurant activities, supervise staff, maintain service quality, and ensure the business runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant workers and daily operations
• Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Ensure good customer service and resolve complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation
• Monitor stock, company property, and cash-handling procedures
• Prepare reports for management
• Help improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Supervisory or team-lead experience of 1–2 years is strongly preferred
• Experience managing customer-facing staff
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to solve problems and maintain staff discipline professionally
• Willingness to work 5–6 days weekly, including weekends when required

• Monthly salary: ₦200,000–₦270,000
