Main Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design comprehensive, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver inspiring lectures and interactive classroom activities that encourage active student participation and critical thinking.
• Student Assessment: Regularly monitor, evaluate, and grade student assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, orderly, positive, and inclusive learning environment conducive to student development.
• Parent-Teacher Communication: Collaborate with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavioral development, and academic performance.
• Extracurricular Participation: Assist in organizing and supervising school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed, B.Sc. Ed, B.A. Ed) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject field with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable teaching experience, preferably within a structured or international school setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using educational technology, smart boards, and digital learning management systems (LMS).
• Passion for Teaching: A strong commitment to student welfare, moral development, and academic excellence.
