Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Edit raw footage into professional videos for social media, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit interviews, event coverage, behind-the-scenes footage, and long-form videos.
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Develop creative ideas and recommend trending video styles.
• Maintain consistent video quality and brand identity across different platforms.
• Organise and manage video footage, project files, and completed content.
• Work closely with the marketing team and implement feedback within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Interested applicants should possess the following:

• Demonstrable experience in video editing and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with CapCut and short-form video production.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, colour correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Knowledge of video formats and specifications for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with different brand identities.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects.

A relevant qualification or training in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
