🎯 Key Responsibilities

As our Solar Installation Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable solar setups. Your core duties will include:

• Equipment Installation: Expertly install solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, and related solar hardware.
• System Sizing & Design: Calculate electricity loads and determine the correct, optimal solar system size for clients.
• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of newly installed solar power systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and resolve electrical faults quickly and safely.
• Routine Maintenance: Maintain existing solar installations and battery storage systems to ensure peak performance.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict electrical safety standards throughout every phase of installation.
• Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports on installation projects and maintenance logs.

📋 What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced technical specialist who brings both academic rigor and practical field experience:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on solar installation experience after completing NYSC.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to install and troubleshoot solar panels, inverters, and lithium batteries, coupled with a strong grasp of electrical wiring, load calculations, and solar sizing.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and a deep commitment to electrical safety.
• Important Note: This is a practical, ground-level engineering position—it is not a supervisory desk job. We are looking for someone who loves direct, hands-on technical execution.
